This notice explains what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it. I'm Holly Kinstone, a sole trader based in Lewisham, southeast London.

What I collect

• Booklet sign up: your first name and email address.
• Emails, calls and messages: whatever you choose to send me, such as your name, contact details and booking questions.
• Bookings: details needed to run a session safely, such as ages of children, and any medical or emergency contact information you give me.

Why I use it

• To send you the free knife grips booklet, and the odd email about new courses.
• To reply to you and arrange sessions.
• To keep everyone safe during sessions.

Who else sees it

Email sign ups are stored with Mailchimp, my email provider. If you book through a partner, such as Mud Club, they will also hold your booking details. I never sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Only for as long as I need it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Just email me at holly.kinstone@gmail.com.
